IRCA RULES & REGULATIONS INFORMATION
The Illinois Recreational Cheerleading Association has adopted the Rules & Regulations of American Recreational Cheerleading for the 2015/2016 season.
This rulebook now replaces the need to purchase the NFHS handbook because it incorporates all aspects of recreational Cheer & Pom heading towards a National Standard. This form is to be used for all IRCA Fall 2015 "PRESENTS" Events ONLY! For information regarding registration for our partner events, please contact those event hosts directly.
This form is to be completed by ALL athletes competing in ANY IRCA Fall 2015 Event (Including our "Partner" Events). This waiver will also apply for the State Championship. This is a "ONE-TIME/ONE SEASON form"!
SPECIAL NOTE: Athletes that do not complete and submit the Parental Waiver form will NOT be allowed to compete in IRCA Competitive Events (Including State).
For the FIRST time the IRCA will be offering personal Music Mixing for the first 50 teams that request an informational packet. This program will be a "high-end" service exclusively for our members. Please take a moment and look at our informational packet!

Summer Spirit Camp 2015 Information and Registration Packet is now available for downloading (all IRCA documents will be downloadable in the future - i.e. Event Forms, etc.). This season, the IRCA will only accept fifteen (15) 8th Grade Level teams for Summer Camp. They will be accepted on a "first-in" basis. Registration for this event will start at: 12:00pm on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at the IRCA Board Meeting at the Chicago Marriott Northwest (in Hoffman Estates, Illinois). Fax or E-Mailed Registrations will not be accepted until after 1:00pm into the IRCA office.
